Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry
A large piece of goat cheese fresh "curler"
3 leeks
Golden 1 block (if the season can put another variety)
1 canned Truffle
Liquid cream
1 egg
Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 8 rounds

2. Cut the leeks into thin slices and saute in a pan with oil, plus add diced apple. For about 5 minutes. Add the grated truffle and a little liquid cream.

3. Place the filling in the center of 4 round and a piece of cheese on top. Paint the edges with beaten egg and cover them with the other square, close with finger pressure.

4. Brush the surface of the pastry with the remaining egg.


5. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
