Volovanes of goat cheese mousse and apple


Ingredients:

12 mini volovanes

For the goat cheese mousse
75 g goat cheese (Only the inside, without bark)
50 ml whipping cream
Salt and pepper

For the applesauce.
An apple (I used Golden)

1 tablespoon sugar


Preparation:

1. We started preparing apple cream. Peel apples, chop into cubes.

2. Put in a bowl with the sugar. We wrap it in film and cook in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at full power until the apple is cooked. Grind and reserve.

3. To prepare the cheese mousse and put the cream cheese in a saucepan and let stirring until a uniform cream. We put a pinch of salt and pepper. Let cool in the refrigerator.

4. Once we have the cold cream with a whisk, cream assemble. You must have a softer texture. Although we call mousse will never have a texture as airy as a classic mousse. We spent the whipped cream to a sleeve with star nozzle.


5 To mount the volovanes fill to the brim with apple cream and cover with a rosette cheese mousse. We sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
