rabbit disk


Ingredients:

6 onions
2 peppers
  2.5 kg rabbit
5 cloves garlic
2 liters white wine or beer
salt to taste

seasonings to taste

Preparation:

1 Bucking the rabbit into pieces. Season it with salt and pepper.

2 Heat the disk and place with some parts rabbits oil and seal.

3 Once sealed the rabbit, remove and clean the disc. Place on disk cut vegetables into strips.

4 Once cooked vegetables is. Replace the rabbit. Place the wine and spices. Let cook about 40 minutes.


5 If you want consistency. Putting on two tablespoons of cornstarch and cream. Serve and enjoy !!!!
