chicken shawarma


Ingredients:

1 whole boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground Curry
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3 cloves minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
Salt and garlic to taste
Pita bread

Lettuce and tomato

Preparation:

1 We begin cleaning the chicken and cutting it into thin strips. Season with lemon juice, curry, cumin, garlic and salt.

2 Preheat a pan and bring to grilling chicken until fully cooked. Book it in a container where it is kept warm.

3 Prepare a simple sauce with yogurt, lemon juice, tahini and garlic saborizalo with salt to taste.

4 Wash and chop the lettuce into thin strips, and on the other hand, wash and chop sliced tomatoes and reserve.

5 Arrange the pitas on a table where you can work comfortably and with the rest of the ingredients ready around you.

6 Begins smearing the bread with the sauce, then add the lettuce and tomato and finally put the chicken strips.


7 Repeat as many times as pita breads have your shawarma and serves immediately.
