Pizza dough
Ingredients:
300 ml of warm water
30 grams of chemical baking powder (baking powder)
40 grams of olive oil
8 grams salt
Preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl and add the salt. Make a hole in the center and add water and olive oil.
Knead everything well until smooth and compact dough does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough to rest a few minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 or 4 pieces (depending on the size of the pizzas you want to prepare).
Sprinkle flour a smooth surface and placed over a portion of dough. Stretch it using the roll until a thin dough (you can leave more or less fine, according to taste).
