Ham and cheese pizza
Ingredients:
300g peeled tomatoes
200 g of ham
100 g of mozzarella cheese
1 small tomato paste
ketchup
50 g of Parmesan
salt, oil, oregano
Preparation:
1 ut tomatoes to thin slices and let drain for half an hour sprinkled with salt.
2 Cut the ham into small pieces like mozzarella.
3 Roll out the dough, spread the tomato, pasta and tomato sauce to taste, sprinkle with oregano and a drizzle of oil.
4 Distribute the ham and cheese, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a hot oven until ready.
