turkey curry
Ingredients:
1 piece of red onion
1 Giclee Corn
4 cloves garlic
1 piece Tomato
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon dessert Curry
1 Glass of Red Wine
Preparation:
1 Cut the turkey into small squares more or less all the same size. Once cut salpimentamos and added curry to taste. Stir all the picadillo with olive oil and let rest.
2 Chop onions and tomato and small squares. 4 cloves garlic, chop into thin strips.
3 A very low heat, begin to fry with oil, a head of garlic cut into 4 together with the chopped onion.
4 When the onion begins to heat up the water it all with a generous splash of red wine and let cook.
5 Before the wine is reduced completely, add the remaining garlic, tomatoes and corn that had previously chopped. Let saute over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir continuously.
6 In another pan put the turkey simmered with a generous drizzle of oil. Add pepper and cover for cooks slowly. Stir continuously both turkey and mince.
7 The turkey is cooked in about 10 minutes.
8 Placed in a mold and serve hash on a plate with a generous helping of turkey curry. You can also serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
