Pumpkin cream


Ingredients:

1 liter of good vegetable broth (or chicken)
1 medium onion
Middle pepper
A medium stalk celery
Some fresh cilantro leaves
500 grams of pumpkin
salt

Pepper

Preparation:

In a large pot together pumpkin, onion, pepper and broth of your choice and put to boil over high heat until the squash is tender. Add the cilantro and celery, let cook 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.

Put all the ingredients and liquid in a blender, mix well until a cream is made without any lumps. Ready.


By serving your pumpkin cream, add a teaspoon of butter per plate. You can also put up some grated Parmesan cheese.
