Orange chicken

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup water
An orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Grated peel of an orange
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon grated ginger
2 grated garlic
3 tablespoons cornstarch (cornflour)
2 tablespoons cold water
Preparation:
1 Cut the chicken breast into cubes and reserve.
2 In a medium saucepan combine water, lemon juice, orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, grated orange peel, sugar, ginger and garlic. Take her over medium heat stirring occasionally until it boils.
3 Meanwhile, put to brown chicken breast cubes in a pan with a little olive oil. Cook until no pink are inside.
4 When the sauce has boiled, mix cornstarch in tablespoons cold water and add it to the orange sauce stirring constantly until thickened.
5 Mix the pieces of chicken breast with sauce and serve with rice.
