chicken rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 medium tomato
1/2 red pepper
1 chili or chilli
1 small handful of corn kernels
1 piece of sausage
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
6 or 7 black olives
1 cup fresh peas
Olive oil
salt
Pepper
Preparation:
1 In a pan or paella pan add olive oil and saute garlic, then the onion, pepper, chilli, chorizo, olives and tomatoes last. Add a pinch of salt to highlight the flavors and book all this stir-fry in a separate container.
