Chinese Fried Rice


Ingredients:

4 cups cooked white rice so that it is graining
½ Kg. Of shrimps (prawns) peeled small size, eliminated the vein and cooked
2 cups cooked chicken, cut into strips
1 cup cooked ham, cut into strips
1 cup paprika (capsicum) minced green
4 scallions chopped fine
1 cup soy bean sprouts
6 tablespoons tamari (soy sauce gluten that only has three ingredients: soybeans, water and salt)
2 medium onions, chopped very often (optional)
Omelet 2 eggs, beaten (optional)

Oil for frying

Preparation:

Feir onion until golden brown. Remove, pour into the bowl where they have been beaten eggs and pour all the pan to make an omelette as thin as possible. When golden brown, flip, finish cooking and pass it to a plate. Cut into thin strips. Reserve.

Together sear ham, chicken and shrimp. Remove and set aside.


Put pepper in skillet. To be this soft, add the scallions, give it a minute of cooking and add the rice. Spread quickly, add the meat and tamari, stirring cook a few minutes, without allowing sticking, add bean sprouts, add stirring, cook a couple of minutes and remove.
