chocolate buttercream
Ingredients:
450g butter
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
475 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate and let cool slightly.
Put the butter, salt and vanilla in bowl and beat with electric mixer until very smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes. Add the confectioners' sugar gradually while still beating but at low speed. Mezlcar well and once built the sugar, beat again at medium speed for 4 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, and continue beating for another 5 minutes. Incorporate the melted chocolate and beat for 4 minutes. edit
