chicken caesar salad
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
100 g. mayonnaise
1 lemon
1 clove garlic
20 g. mustard
50 g. grated Parmesan cheese
3 anchovy fillets
50 cc of olive oil
20 cc of white vinegar
5 ml of Worcestershire sauce
4 slices of bread
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Defoliate lettuce and wash with water and disinfectant. Reserve. Cut the bread into cubes of 1 cm., Place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and a little olive oil. Stir everything so that they season evenly and bake in a pie pan for about 5 minutes at 170 ° C. Reserve. Cut the chicken breast into strips 1 cm. wide by the length of the breast, seal in a pan, salt and pepper and set aside. In a bowl add the chopped garlic and anchovies precut along with mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, half the grated Parmesan cheese and vinegar. Whisk to form a smooth sauce. In a large bowl, add the chopped lettuce with your hands, add chicken, croutons, grated parmesan other, 2 or 3 tablespoons of the caesar sauce, mix everything and serve.
