Biscuit
Ingredients:
400g flour
320g sugar
A yeast's packet
Preparation:
1. First, we beat the egg yolks and we incorporate sugar gradually, until we get a mass of pale yellow and smooth.
2. Mix the flour and baking powder and add it to previous mass. While we mixing these products, we stir so that the cake is well fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and gradually add to the mix we have.
4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and put the cake for about 40 or 45 minutes (do not enter the mass until the oven is hot if we want the cake is spongy).
5. To ensure it is done, we can insert a knife or toothpick in the dough comes out clean as it is ready.
