Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Tomates Rellenos de Atún

Ingredients:

18 large tomatoes
200 grams of onion
200 grams of grated tomato
250 grams of tuna in olive oil or natural
4 tablespoons olive oil (if you choose the natural tuna)

18 pitted green olives

Preparation:

1 first thing to do is make sure that the tomatoes that we use are either red, but still are not soft, it is important that they are something hard to fill easily. In addition, we will try to be more or less the same size to make the presentation more enjoyable. Wash and dry well your tomatoes.

2 The next step should be done with enough care not to damage the tomatoes.
