tartar sauce
Ingredients:
100 grams of pickles
100 grams of capers
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
½ onion
1 lemon
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt
Preparation:
1 Finely chop the capers, pickles and onions.
2 In a well mix mayonnaise, onion, gherkins and capers, all finely chopped. Stir gently until well mixed. Add chopped parsley, mustard and lemon juice ½.
3 Adjust seasoning and stir until smooth sauce.
4 Pour into a well and serve. This delicious tartar sauce is ideal to accompany potatoes, fish, meat; spread with a rich toast and / or crackers. edit
