vanilla cake
ingredients:
- 250 gr. butter at room temperature
- 350 gr. of sugar (*)
- 6 eggs size "M" (yolks and whites separated)
- 250 ml. milk at room temperature
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda (Royal type)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 275 gr. wheat flour all-purpose
- 1 loaf cakes 22 to 24 cm. diameter
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C / 350 ° F (up and down).
Prepare the mold with nonstick oven or Rub with butter and enharínalo paper.
Sift the flour with the baking powder or baking soda (Royal type), salt and reserve separately
Separate egg whites from the yolks. Reservation.

Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a clear and fluffy.
