Lentil Salad



Ingredients:

cooked lentils, 300 grams
A large ripe tomato
A medium onion
A piece of fresh cheese
A carrot
A can of corn
Olive oil
Salt
Vinegar


Preparation:

1 For this recipe we can use cooked lentils and we have saved or purchased on a boat, or cook them before and let cool. We after time that we cook them or use them in the supermarket and cooked. Wash the lentils well under tap water, and once you've done put them to drain.

 2 The next thing we do is peel and chop the carrot into small cubes, and onion very thin, and cast into the bowl where to go and prepare the salad. Wash and cut into slices ripe tomato, and add drained corn and lentils once they have dried.

3 Let's cut the cheese into small cubes, which will add to our salad. Then use the cheese you like, as much cheese as cheese or any type semitierno Burgos, the truth is that any of them are good.


4 Sometimes we add some sort of mixture of leaves those who are ready in bags with pieces of lettuce, arugula, endive and others, to make a more complete salad, but if you prefer as I have described, and have a rich and nutritious salad.


5 We only need season to taste with a little coarse salt, vinegar and oil, each you add the amount to which he is accustomed, but remember that it is important not to abuse the salt, the less you do añadáis, the better for your Health.
